Proactive Behavior Strategies for IDD and MH
Description: Learn how to identify early warning signs of behavioral challenges and implement proactive strategies to reduce their occurrence.
Length: 2 hours
Objectives:
- Understand the importance of proactive behavior planning in preventing escalation.
- Explore practical tools for identifying triggers and developing individualized behavior plans.
- Learn strategies to foster positive environments that encourage desired behaviors.
Building Positive Reinforcement Systems
Description: Dive into the principles of positive reinforcement and discover how to create systems that motivate and sustain behavior change.

Crisis Prevention and De-escalation Techniques
