When helping someone through a challenge, Dr. Z looks at the whole person, not just the behavior. She and the team consider things like health, emotions, environment, and support from others to find what works for each person. Whether someone needs help with big changes, communication, or staying organized, we work together to create plans that make sense. We also teach important everyday skills like self-care and keeping a routine to help people grow, succeed, and become more independent.
Our Skill-Building Workshops are designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to build confidence, learn new skills, and enhance daily routines. They are easy to follow and offer hands-on learning opportunities in a supportive and safe environment. Participants gain practical resources and strategies for successfully integrating new skills and routines into their daily lives.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re now an official affiliate of The Next Chapter Book Club! Everyone is invited to join this inclusive and accessible space where we come together weekly for 8 weeks to read, connect, and share ideas as a group. We can’t wait to embark on this literary adventure with you!
